“LUCE E OMBRA”
LIGHT AND SHADE
The sun shining through modern church windows inspired me to paint this series "Luce e Ombra" (Light and Shadow). Here, yellow, orange and red, as they are also represented by the sun - as the light - prevail against blue-turquoise, as sky and water.
I saw the light above the hills, the light above the sea, the light above the earth, the people.
We need the light - more than the shadows. -
God is light. We should turn more towards the light.
Light rays or waves have a speed of 300,000 km per second. Besides these, there are many other rays in the cosmos, e.g. cosmic rays, magnetic rays or fields, radio rays, and many other, still unknown rays, which I somehow make visible in my modern paintings.
Painted in acrylic with spatula technique on canvas. This series is also in my Segment Art style.
