It's a bit of a mess; but once you've recognized the word "DREAMS," dreams, you understand why. Dreams are rarely clear and distinct. Mostly they are sections, scraps, pieces of fantasies and longings that never come true.

“Lean”

I painted this modern, impressionistic picture for university professor Dr. Horst Wildemann, Munich, for his 60th birthday. I hold Prof. Wildemann in very high esteem. In my time as CEO of an internationally operating company, I always liked to consult him. His teaching and ideas are simple and pragmatic. A few catchwords say it all. So also my picchiography "LEAN" (lean): "create lean structures..."; "divide into autonomous segments..."; "no downsizing..."; "cost halfs..." etc. It can be seen that if sales are maintained, but costs are reduced, profits increase continuously. With the free cash-flows accumulated in this way, one can make a "quantum leap forward" at the end of the downsizing process, through new products, new markets or acquisition. I have tried to present it as clearly and simply as possible.
